Cinnamon

Pepper

Sri Lankan Pepper contains the highest level of piperine which gives it a rich aroma and flavor. Sri lanka approximately contributes to around 15,000 Tones of Black Pepper to the world’s Pepper production.
Pepper is largely cultivated and produced in low and mid-country, wet and intermediate agricultural areas in Sri Lanka and is seen as a whole dried fruit. White pepper is made by removing the outer pericarp. Pepper can also be seen in ground form.
Cardamom
Consisting various medicinal qualities, Cardamom is yet another spice found in the hill country of the Island Nation. Sri Lanka approximately produces 1000 – 4000 Metric Tons of Cardamom a year and is among the top exporters in the world.
